After you placed your order you receive an order conformation with an order number. When your order is shipped you will receive your PostNL tracking code: track here
In Stock Items will be shipped within 2 working days
Pre-orders will be shipped after 5-15 working days
Customized items will be shipped after 15-20 working days exl. holidays
During busy season, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, 92Plated will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, global healt issue, issues with delivery, or any other circumstances beyond the control of 92Plated.
I did not receive an order conformation or track&trace code
Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org when you did not receive an order conformation after placing your order with the item you ordered and copy of your payment.
Please check how many days it takes to ship your item. If it's longer than 2/10 or 15 working days send an e-mail with your order number to: email@example.com
Any questions regarding your shipping after you receive your tracking order has to be directly to PostNL.
Any merchandise purchased from 92Plated will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
92Plated is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier to track down your package. When entering shipping info, please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.
